EazeHR's Learning & Development features are designed for Companies which need to focus on enriching an employee’s skills through a learning management process and ensure that high performers are constantly challenged and those with gaps in their skills are brought up to mark. EazeHR’s Learning Management module is designed to be used by employees, managers and HR team to manage the end to end process of learning and development.
Individual Development Plan
The process starts by creation of employee's Individual Development Plan (IDP). The IDP has three inputs -
- Annual performance review : training needs identified during the review process are automatically added to the IDP
- Updation by manager : employee's managers can update the training plan at any point during the year by adding new trainings
- Trainings requested by employee : employees can also request specific trainings, on approval these requests are added to a training plan
Publishing of Training Calendar
Training Manager is responsible for collating the overall training requirements and preparing a training calendar. The training calendar can be viewed by all employees of the company and they can also filter to see only the trainings for which they are eligible.
When a training is released the request for nomination is sent to either the employee, his manager or
the Training Manager. If the training is externally conducted and there is an expenditure associated
with it then the nomination approval can also be sent to the CEO or other authorities.
Employees who are eligible can be nominated and then confirmed for a training. Once they are confirmed and they want to pull out of a training the same can be done by the Training Manager. To optimize on the training resources the Training Manager can also create a waiting list to fill against last minute drop outs.
Once the training is completed a feedback request is sent to the employee and his manager by the system automatically. The feedback form and the duration after which the feedback is request can be configured as per your company's requirements.
